Questa settima edizione della guida “Le Marche
nel Bicchiere”, è il risultato delle degustazioni di vini
e spumanti delle 181 cantine marchigiane che hanno
aderito al progetto. La commissione di degustazione
professionale dell’AIS Marche ha esaminato 439 campioni
in doppio cieco, stilandone per ognuno l’analisi sensoriale
e suggerendo un abbinamento ad una piatto. Sono state,
quindi, riproposte anche le degustazioni di spumanti,
visto l’interesse suscitato nelle precedenti edizioni.
La novità di questa edizione è rappresentata
dall’inserimento di 44 degustazioni organolettiche
di oli marchigiani monovarietali, di 34 aziende,
eseguite dal panel test dell’ASSAM.
Come sempre non poteva mancare l’evidenziazione
dei migliori 50 vini d’eccellenza e quelli con
il più favorevole rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Questa guida si riconferma strumento indispensabile,
ad operatori e appassionati, per conoscere
la poliedrica offerta dei più importanti prodotti
agroalimentari della regione.
This seventh edition of the guide “Le Marche in a Glass”,
is the result of the tasting of wines and sparkling wines from
the 181 wineries in the Marche that have joined the project.
The professional tasting panel of AIS Marche examined 439
double-blind samples , submitted a written report for each
sensory analysis and suggested a combination with a suitable
dish. We have also proposed again the tasting of sparkling
wines, given the interest aroused in the previous editions.
The new addition to this edition is represented by
the inclusion of 44 organoleptic tastings of mono -varietal oils
from 34 firms in the Marche which was carried out by
the Assam test panel.
As always, we could not leave out highlighting the 50
best wines chosen for excellence and those with
the most favorable quality / price ratio.
This guide is reconfirmed as an indispensable tool for
operators and enthusiasts to learn about the versatile range
of the most important food products in the region.
