plesso e intrigante di ginestra, mimo-
sa, nespola e pesca bianca, avvolto
dall’elegante speziatura di vaniglia e
cannella. Al palato svettano struttura,
morbidezza e alcolicità, ben equi-
librate da freschezza e sapidità.
Persiste a lungo in bocca, con
chiusura ammandorlata. Vinifi-
cazione parte in acciaio e parte
in barrique.

guing nose of broom, mimosa,
white peach and medlar, with
elegant spiciness of vanilla

persistence, with almond finish. Vinification in
stainless steel and partly in barriques.

Rubino con olfatto finemente variegato
di marasca e mora, quasi in confettura.
Una nota eterea avvolge sentori floreali
di geranio. Spiccano tabacco, vaniglia
e liquirizia. In bocca è sontuoso con
tannini magistralmente integrati. Nel
finale note di cioccolato che enfa-
tizzano l’avvolgenza di questo vino
equilibrato e armonico. 15 mesi
in barrique.

balanced and harmonious wine.
