Paglierino con tonalità verdoline.
Naso delicato e fine di mandorla
amara e mela verde, poi sambuco,
gelsomino e giglio. Sfumatura vege-
tale e balsamica di finocchio. Assag-
gio caldo, fresco e sapido, con finale
di buona lunghezza ed eleganza. Vi-
nificazione condotta esclusivamente
in acciaio.
