Straw-yellow hue, crystalline
and consistent. Intense and fine
olfactory profile of apple, peach,
elderflower, broom and lily of
the valley. Then green almond,
anise hints and nuances of aro-
matic herbs. On the palate, it is
warm, soft and balanced. Long
savoury finish. Vinification in
stainless steel and concrete.
Oro verdolino è cristallino e con-
sistente. Naso elegante di bianco-
spino, sambuco, camomilla, gine-
stra, con richiami di miele. Pesca
e albicocca mature. Aneto e timo.
Spiccano i sentori ammandorlati
e balsamico di anice. Al palato
è caldo e morbido, fresco ed
equilibrato. Finale lunghissi-
mo. Vinificazione in acciaio e
