Giallo paglierino vivace. Al naso col-
pisce la sensazione minerale di pietra
focaia, il tipico sentore di mandorla
verde con scorza di cedro e manda-
rino, a seguire anice e sambuco. In
bocca è morbido, carezzevole ed
equilibrato, su elegante e lunga
scia sapida. Vinificazione in
acciaio con sosta di 8 mesi sui
lieviti.

Bright straw-yellow hue. On the
nose, mineral sensation of flint
and the typical hint of green
almond with citron peel and
tangerine, followed by anise
and elder. On the palate, it is
soft, soothing and balanced,
elegant, long and savoury trail.
Vinification in stainless steel and 8 months on
yeasts.
Giallo dorato cristallino. Al naso
è fine, ampio ed elegante, apre
a profumi floreali di acacia, mi-
mosa, ginestra, tiglio e poi ber-
gamotto e mandarino. Erbaceo,
di spiccata mineralità, chiude
con mandorla verde, melissa,
menta e anice. In bocca è av-
volgente ed equilibrato, con
ritorni agrumati sul lungo
finale sapido. Vinificazione
in acciaio.

Golden yellow hue, crystal
clear. The nose is fine,
large and elegant, in opens
with floral scents of acacia,
wattle, broom, linden and
bergamot, then tangerin.
Herbaceous, with a strong minerality, it closes
with green almond, lemon balm, mint and ani-
se. On the palate, it is round and balanced, with
citrus recalling in the long savoury finish. Vinifi-
cation in stainless steel.
