Verdolino con riflessi oro. Al naso
schiude profumi di zagara e mughetto,
fragranze agrumate di bergamotto e
pompelmo, mandorla verde e un soffio
erbaceo. Attacco fresco ma morbido,
chiude tipicamente ammandorlato.
Affinamento in bottiglia per due
mesi.

Pale yellow-green with golden
highlights. The nose opens up
scents of orange blossom and
lily of the valley, citrous fragran-
ces of bergamot and grapefruit,
green almond and herbal whiff.
Fresh but soft attack, typical al-
mond finish. Aging in bottle for
two months.
Paglierino intenso. Naso ampio
che si apre su sambuco e giglio,
poi cedro, limone, frutto della
passione. Tocco di cera d’api e
pietra focaia. A palato denota una
struttura compatta, è morbido
con note mielate. Sui lieviti un
anno, affinamento sei mesi in
bottiglia.

Intense straw-yellow hue.
Large nose that opens on
elder and lily, then cedar, le-
mon, passion fruit. A touch of
bees wax and flint. The palate
shows a compact structure, it
is smooth with a hint of honey.
On yeasts for one year, aging
