All’olfatto si presenta con petali di
rosa e geranio. Delicata speziatura di
pepe verde e chiodi di garofano. Al
gusto è secco con alcolicità e tanni-
no temperati. Sentori tipici del viti-
gno. Buona persistenza. Acciaio.

Granato con riflessi rubino. Al naso
note floreali di geranio e garofano,
una sfumatura eterea e sottobosco.
Seguono mora, marasca e carruba,
fusi con chiodi di garofano, tabacco
e noce moscata. In bocca è appa-
gante con buona intensità aroma-
tica. Bella persistenza e struttura
con tannino non ingombrante.
Matura in legno grande di ro-
vere.

cherry and carob, blended with

persistence and structure with balanced tannins.
