Paglierino vivace, cristallino e con-
sistente. Profuma di acacia, bian-
cospino, tiglio, zagara, ginestra,
ananas, banana e pesca gialla, con
accenno di pompelmo. Corposo,
sapido, equilibrato e fresco, nel fi-
nale aggiunge gradevoli sentori
di melissa e salvia. Vinificato
in acciaio 6 mesi, con 5 mesi
di permanenza sui lieviti.

Bright straw-yellow hue, cry-
stal clear and consistent. It
smells of acacia, hawthorn,
linden blossom, broom, pine-
apple, banana and peach, with
hints of grapefruit. Full-bo-
died, fruity, balanced and
fresh in the finish, it adds ple-
asant scents of lemon balm
and sage. Vinification in stainless steel for six
months, further 5 months on yeasts.
Paglierino con riflessi dorati. Con-
sistente, appaga il naso con profu-
mi floreali di biancospino, acacia,
tiglio, zagara, rosa gialla, poi con
prugna bianca, pesca gialla e
mela cotogna, miele e cera d’api.
In bocca è corposo e trasmette
assieme calore e freschezza,
nerbo e sapidità, con lunga
persistenza. Vinificato e ma-
turato in acciaio.
