ali di biancospino e tiglio e fruttate di
pesca, ananas e prugna gialla. Segue
un ventaglio di sentori di erbe aro-
matiche, salvia, dragoncello ed erba
cedrina. All’assaggio si rivela gra-
devolmente fresco e sapido. Il fi-
nale conferma le sfumature di erbe
aromatiche. Vinificato in acciaio in
riduzione.

floral notes of hawthorn and lime
and fruity of peach, pineapple and
yellow plum. Follows a range of
aromatic herbs, sage, tarragon and
lemon verbena. On the palate, it is
pleasantly fresh and savoury. The
finish confirms the nuances of her-
bs. Vinification in stainless steel on
reduction.
