Paglierino, quasi dorato. Naso de-
licato, ben assortito di ginestra e
rosa gialla, prugna gialla, banana
e ananas. Leggera una nota mine-
rale. La bocca denota freschezza
e rotondità insieme. Retrolfatto
essenzialmente fruttato di
ananas, il finale è nettamente
sapido. Vinificazione in ac-
ciaio con sosta sui lieviti per
5 mesi.

Straw- yellow, almost golden
hue. Delicate nose, rich in
scents of broom and yellow
rose, yellow plum, banana and
pineapple. A slight mineral
note. On the mouth, it denotes
freshness together with round-
ness. Aftertaste essentially fruity of pineapple,
the finish is distinctly savoury. Vinification in
stainless steel with a permanence on yeasts
for 5 months.

Rubino che tende al granato. All’ol-
fatto arrivano note vegetali poi si
scoprono prugna rossa e marasca
sotto spirito, ciclamino e garofano.
La bocca diventa interessante con
note decise di morbidezza e
rotondità che esaltano sen-
sazioni di frutta rossa matura.
Vinificato in acciaio, matura
in barrique sui lieviti per 21
mesi; affinamento in bottiglia
per 3 mesi.
