Giallo paglierino luminoso e brillante con mous-
se ricca e persistente. Floreale di zagara e fruttato
di bergamotto. Sorso immediato e rinfrescante,
in equilibrio con le morbidezze, ritrova sentori
agrumati nel finale. Rifermentazione in autoclave
con sosta sui lieviti per 90 giorni.

Shiny and bright Straw–yellow hue, with rich and
persistent foam. Floral of orange blossom and
fruity of bergamot. On the palate, it is immediate
and refreshing, balanced with softness, with ci-
trous notes in the finish. Secondary fermentation
in autoclave with a period of 90 days on yeasts.
