Intense cherry-red hue . On the nose, it opens
vinous, scent of viola, herbaceous notes, celery.
Exciting freshness, clean, it repeat the floral to-
nes. Vinification in stainless steel, five months
on yeasts.
Verdolino con perlage minuto. Lieve e delicato di
biancospino, mela verde e agrumi con sfumature
minerali. Al palato si avverte una piacevole fre-
schezza. Evidente sapidità che si riconferma nel
finale. Sosta per 6 mesi sui lieviti in autoclave

delicate hawthorn, green apple and citrus with
mineral nuances. On the palate, pleasant fresh-
