gusto è dolce, avvolgente, carezzevole,
con accenno di volatile che lo vivacizza
e gli dona perfetto equilibrio. Nel finale
aggiunge appaganti sfumature minerali.
Uve appassite per 6 mesi con affumicatu-
ra. Evolve in botte di rovere per 60 mesi.
