mirtillo nero, amarena, china, muschio,
cacao amaro. Dolce e caldo, palato ele-
gante e persistente nelle sfumature varie-
tali del vitigno, equilibrato da una buona
spalla acida. Finale lungo e avvolgente
di sottobosco. Appassimento con grap-
poli appesi in locale ventilato, matura-
zione in legno per 48 mesi.

undergrowth. Bunches of grapes with-
ered hanging in a ventilated room,
aging in wood for 48 months.
