ta, confettura di prugna e carruba. Dolce
ma non stucchevole, con evidente alco-
licità, stemperata dal tannino setoso e
dalla stuzzicante freschezza. Lunga per-
sistenza. Uve appassite in cassettina per
1 mese. In legno piccolo per 18 mesi.

caramel, chestnut honey, dates and
saffron pistils. Roasted barley and nut-
meg, plum and carob jam. Sweet but not
cloying, with clear alcoholicity, tem-
pered by silky tannins and tantalizing
freshness. Long persistence. Withered
grapes in a box for 1 month. In small

Odora di arance candite, cioccola-
to bianco, datteri. Ginestre appassite e
zafferano. Suadente e vellutato al palato.
Dolcezza a tratti debordante, fluida è
però la freschezza. Lunga la chiusura.
Appassimento in cassettine per 3 mesi.
Parte in acciaio e parte in legno per 24

smells like candied oranges, white
chocolate, dates. Withered broom and
saffron. Persuasive and velvety on the
palate. Sweetness sometimes over-
flowing, however, smooth freshness.
Long finish. Withering in boxes for 3
months. Part in steel and part in wood
for 24 months.
