che spazia da pesca e albicocca sci-
roppate, a tiglio, zagara, zafferano, car-
damomo, rabarbaro e tamarindo. Note
tostate di nocciola e orzo con lieve affu-
micatura. Perfettamente equilibrato, di
buona freschezza nonostante la dolcez-
za importante. In chiusura lievi note
amaricanti aiutano il piacere del gusto.
Fermenta e matura in barrique per 24
mesi.

ranges from peach and apricot in
syrup, to lime, orange blossom, saffron,
cardamom, rhubarb and tamarind.
Roasted notes of hazelnut and barley
with slight smoking. Perfectly balanced,
of good freshness despite an important
sweetness. In the finish, light embittering
notes enhance the pleasure of tasting.
Fermentation and aging in barrique for
