Cristallino vivace e consistente, apre al
naso col floreale di sambuco, zagara e
ginestra rinforzato da note mielate, poi
pesca e prugna gialle, ananas, papaia e
erbe aromatiche. In bocca è avvolgente
e corposo, con lunga persistenza che
sfuma prima sulla mineralità, poi
sull’erbaceo di melissa e salvia.
Vinifica in acciaio e matura in ce-
mento.

Crystal-clear, vibrant and consi-
stent, the nose opens with floral
of elderberry, orange blossom
and broom reinforced by honeyed
notes, then yellow plum and pe-
ach, pineapple, papaya and aromatic herbs.
On the palate, it is round and full-bodied with
long finish that fades on minerality before,
then on herbaceous of lemon balm and sage.
Vinification in stainless steel and aged in ce-
ment.
