Giallo dorato vivace, ha profumi flore-
ali di acacia, biancospino, sambuco,
ginestra e miele e fruttati di mela gol-
den, banana, pesca e prugna gialla. In
bocca è corposo, fresco ed equilibrato
con finale persistente che sfuma su
gradevoli note minerali. Maturato 6
mesi in acciaio con 5 mesi di per-
manenza sui lieviti.

floral aromas of acacia, hawthorn,
elder, broom and honey and fruity
of Golden Delicious apple, bana-
na, peach and yellow plum. On the
palate, it is full-bodied, fresh and
balanced with a lingering finish
that fades on pleasant mineral no-
tes. Aging in stainless steel for 6
months ,with 5 months on yeasts.
