Straw-yellow hue, crystal-
line, on the nose scents of
acacia, hawthorn, yellow
rose, Golden Delicious apple
and yellow plum. The palate
is balanced and full-bodied;
freshness emphasized in the
finish by hints of anise and
lemon balm. Vinification and
aging in stainless steel for
five months.
Rubino impenetrabile. Sentori
di rosa rossa e glicine seguiti da
amarena, ciliegia, mora e carruba.
Alone speziato di sandalo e can-
nella. Tannino di buona fattura
che attenua la morbidezza. Vini-
ficazione e maturazione parte
acciaio e parte legno.
