gialla, pesca e ananas. In bocca
è fresco e corposo, con note di
miele e anice, poi minerali nel
finale. Vinificato in acciaio e ma-
turato 4 mesi in acciaio e 2 mesi
in barrique.

Bright straw-yellow hue, it
smells of elderberries, lin-
den, orange blossom, yellow
plum, peach and pineapple.
On the palate, it is fresh
and full-bodied, with notes
of honey and anise, then
mineral hints in the finish.
Vinification in stainless steel
and aging for four months,
then in barrels for two months. Polenta con
le lumache.
Rubino, tendente al granato. Inten-
si richiami di fiori rossi appassiti,
segue amarena anche sotto spirito
e prugna rossa. Spezie scure, pepe
nero e tabacco, sfumatura eterea.
Rigoroso il tannino. Vinificato
in legno, matura in barrique
per 12 mesi.
