filato, datteri canditi, albicocche disidra-
tate, carruba e mandorla tostata. Sulla
lingua è un profluvio di dolcezza, volut-
tà e morbidezze. Soffi salmastri e un
lieve ritorno di acidità sollevano e viva-
cizzano la beva, rendendone lunghissi-
ma la chiusura. Uve appassite sui gratic-
ci per 3 mesi. In tonneau Allier per 18

olden yellow hue with amber glows.
Sweet scents of cotton candy, can-
died dates, dried apricots, carob and roast-
ed almonds. On the palate, rich sweet-
ness, voluptuousness and softness. Salty
whiffs and slight returns of acidity raise
and enliven the drink. Very long finish.
Grapes withered on mats for 3 months. In
