no a profumi di miele, caramella
all’orzo e pan di zucchero. Percezioni
speziate di zafferano, poi tabacco. Note
di albicocca sciroppata e mandorla tosta-
ta. In bocca il ricordo più evidente non è
la dolcezza, ma la disarmante freschezza
che viene rievocata nel lungo finale.
Matura in acciaio e, una piccola parte, in
barrique per 12 mesi. TARTE TATIN

open to perfumes of honey, barley
candy and sugar-loaf. Spicy perception
of saffron, then tobacco. Notes of apri-
cot in syrup and roasted almonds. In the
mouth, the most evident memory is not
sweetness, but disarming freshness that
is recalled in the long finish. Aging in
steel and, a small part, in barrique for
