Bright straw-yellow hue with numerous and per-
sistent bubbles, it smells of acacia, hawthorn,
orange blossom, yellow rose, peach and yellow
plum. Fresh and appreciably savoury, it adds
notes of lemon verbena in the finish. Charmat
Method with secondary fermentation for 60 days.
