bollicine fini e numerose. Al naso domina la rosa,
con pepe e un fruttato di giuggiole e nocciole to-
state. In bocca è perfettamente equilibrato, con
finale lungo sulle note floreali. Sui lieviti per 18
mesi in bottiglia.
