aglierino vivace. Profumi di fiori di
campo, tè verde, frutta a polpa
gialla matura. Emerge una nota dolce
di vaniglia. Al gusto risulta asciutto
sostenuto da bella freschezza, caldo e
morbido. Declina su note di mandorla
tostata. Vinificato in acciaio e cemen-
to. RISOTTO ALLO ZAFFERANO

osso rubino. Impatto olfattivo di
piacevole frutta dolce, confettura
di ciliegia e amarena. Elegante sensa-
zione floreale di rosa appassita, comple-
tano il bouquet pepe rosa, eucalipto e
carezza di lavanda. Gusto equilibrato,
con voluttà glicerica e freschezza balsa-
mica. Lunga persistenza con riverberi di
pepe, noce moscata e tanta frutta rossa.
Fermenta in acciaio e matura in cemen-

wild flowers, green tea, ripe yellow
fleshed fruit, then clear sweet notes of
vanilla. On the palate, it is clean suppor-
ted by beautiful freshness, it is warm and
smooth. It closes on roasted almond
notes. Vinified in steel and cement.

rose, pink pepper, eucalyptus and caresses

Balanced taste, with glyceric voluptuou-
sness and balsamic freshness. Long persi-
stence with returns of pepper, nutmeg and
lots of red fruit. Fermentation in steel and
