aglierino dai riflessi verdolini.
All'olfatto è franco, delicatamente
intenso di mimosa, alloro, con un gra-
devole sottofondo di pietra focaia. Nota
verde, dragoncello. Sorso fresco e sapi-
do, inaspettatamente morbido, caldo e
raffinato nella trama della sua struttura.
Finale caratteristico di mandorla verde.
Fermenta e staziona 6 mesi in acciaio.

ubino intenso con riflessi granato.
Ricordi di rosa appassita, chiodi di
garofano, anice stellato, sandalo, confet-
tura, prugne secche californiane, cannel-
la, liquirizia. Al gusto è fresco, caldo,
morbido, si apre a note evolute dove spe-
zie, frutta e note tostate si alternano con
armonia, il tutto assecondato da un tan-
nino vellutato. Matura in barrique e ton-
neau per 48 mesi. PICCIONE RIPIENO

traw yellow hue with yellow-green
highlights. On the nose, it is clear,
delicately intense of mimosa, bay leaf,
with a pleasant undertone of flint. Green
note, tarragon. Fresh and savory sip,
unexpectedly soft, warm and refined in
the texture of its structure. Typical green
almond hint in the finish. Fermentation
and aging in steel for 6 months.

ntense ruby hue with garnet
highlights. Recalls of withered rose,
cloves, star anise, sandalwood, marma-
lade, Californian dried plums, cinna-
mon, licorice. On the palate, it is fresh,
warm, soft, it opens to evolved notes
where spices, fruit and roasted hints
alternate with harmony, all complemen-
ted by velvety tannins. Aging in barrique
and tonneau for 48 months.
