ubino intenso. Frutti rossi e neri in
confettura, mallo di noce, tabac-
co, foglie di tè verde. Sottili note tostate.
Quadro gustativo ancora dominato dal
tannino che si amalgama con l’elevato
tenore alcolico e sostiene grandi poten-
zialità evolutive. Nel finale arrivano leg-
gere folate erbacee. Riposa in barrique
per 22 mesi.

R
osso rubino impenetrabile, con
sfumature violacee. Confettura di
more di rovo e di gelso accompagnano
una prugna in gelatina e una variegata
rosa di profumi erbacei. Pepe verde,
tabacco mentolato, china e un tocco di
vaniglia. In bocca il tannino è già inte-
grato, buona l’acidità, lunga e rinfre-
scante la persistenza. Maturazione in
barrique per 22 mesi.

jam, walnut husk, tobacco, green tea
leaves. Thin toasted notes. A gustatory
fprofile still dominated by tannins amal-
gamated by a high alcohol content that
supports great evolutionary potentiali-
ties. Light herbaceous whiffs in the
finish. In barrique for 22 months.

mpenetrable ruby red hue with pur-
plish nuances. Blackberry and mulber-
ry jam accompany plum in jelly and a
variegated range of herbaceous aromas.
Green pepper, mentholated tobacco, cin-
chona and a touch of vanilla. In the
mouth, integrated tannins, good acidity,
long and refreshing persistence. Aging in
