luminosi. Fine e dolce al naso, dif-
fonde profumi di frutta esotica, crosta di
pane. Delicati cenni di botrytis. In
bocca presenta importante morbidezza
e avvolgenza, nel complesso è equili-
brato. Retrogusto dolce e coerente di
frutta esotica. Vinificato in acciaio.
OSTRICHE GRATINATE
I
mpenetrabile, tradisce una tonalità
ancora rubino sull’unghia. Frutta e
fiori intatti, richiami erbacei. Liquirizia
e lieve speziatura di pepe bianco. Al
gusto alcol e tannino prevalgono. Nel
finale è balsamico-mentolato. Porta
molto bene i suoi anni, interessante
sarebbe un riassaggio a distanza di
qualche tempo. Matura per 8 mesi bar-

low-green highlights. Fine and
sweet on the nose, it spreads aromas of
exotic fruit, bread crust. Delicate hints
of botrytis. On the palate, enveloping
with important softness, overall balan-
ced. Sweet and consistent aftertaste of
exotic fruit. Vinified in steel.

mpenetrable hue, it betrays a ruby
nuance in the rim. Intact fruit and flo-
wers, herbaceous references. Licorice
and light white pepper spiciness. On the
palate, prevalent alcohol and tannins .
Balsamic-menthol note in the finish. It
tastes well for its age, it would be intere-
sting to taste it after a period of time.
Aging in Allier barrels for 8 months.
