G iallo paglierino tenue, luminoso.
Le fresche brezze rievocano ricor-
di floreali di ginestra e rosa gialla, mac-
chia mediterranea, timo e rosmarino.
Nespola e cedro fra i frutti. Avvolgenti
rievocazioni sapide accarezzano le
papille gustative, destate da piacevole
freschezza. Discreta la persistenza, che
richiama sensazioni di erbe aromatiche.
Vinificazione in acciaio. IMPEPATA
DI COZZE E VONGOLE
R ubino che si fonde a toni violacei.
L’olfatto è traboccante di profumi,
che partono dalla frutta fresca, fra cui
fragola, marasca e arancia rossa, per
proseguire con viola, ciclamino e lillà.
Sensazioni di tè verde, sandalo e
muschio. Freschi toni giovanili in
bocca, esaltati da un tannino ben pre-
sente, ma non invadente. Culmina con
ricordi di fragola e ciliegia. Vinificato in

P ale straw yellow hue, bright. The
fresh hints evoke floral recalls of
broom and yellow rose, Mediterranean
scrub, thyme and rosemary. Medlar and
cedar among the fruity scents.
Enveloping savory recalls caress the
taste buds, aroused by pleasant fre-
shness. Discrete persistence, which
recalls sensations of aromatic herbs.

Ruby hue that blends with purple
tones. The nose is overflowing with
aromas, which start with fresh fruit,
including strawberry, morello cherry and
red orange, to continue with viola, cycla-
men and lilac. Feelings of green tea, san-
dalwood and moss. Fresh young tones in
the mouth, enhanced by well present but
not intrusive tannins. It culminates with
recalls of strawberry and cherry. Vinified
