mandorla verde, pietra focaia, ghiaia di
mare. Cedro, mela cotogna e anice stel-
lato completano l’ampio spettro olfattivo.
In bocca entra morbido e fresco. L'alcol
veicola i sentori con cura ed equilibrio,
la struttura è imperiale. Persistente, sfuma
amaricante. Matura in acciaio per 8

zi verdolini. Anice, foglia di tè verde,
finocchietto, nespola, pietra focaia e una
nuvola di pepe bianco e cannella. Al pala-
to non delude: succoso per sapidità e fre-
schezza, sontuoso per calore e struttura. In
acciaio per 18 mesi.

it recalls linden and elderberry, then
sequentially green almond, flint, sea gra-
vel. Cedar, quince and star anise comple-
te the wide olfactory array. On the palate,
it enters soft and fresh. Alcohol conveys
hints with care and balance, the structure
is imperial. Persistent, embittering fading.
