Vaniglia, cera d’api, miele millefiori,
pesca gialla, sambuco e rosa gialla
appassita. Fresco e ben equilibrato, con
sfumatura erbacea e minerale di buona
persistenza. Vinificato in legno grande e
piccolo, sui lieviti per 36 mesi.

persistent fine bubbles. Vanilla,
beeswax, wildflowers honey, yellow
peach, elderberry and withered yellow
rose. Fresh and well-balanced, with
herbaceous and mineral hints, good per-
sistence. Vinified in large and small
wooden barrels, on yeasts for 36 months.
