C alice giallo tendente all'avorio,
quasi trasparente. Fini bollicine che
risalendo formano delle catenelle affasci-
nanti. Aromi di cedro ed erba tagliata,
con una venatura ioadata nel finale. La
spiccata acidità dà carattere al sorso
mentre l'effervescenza apporta una vel-
lutata avvolgenza decretando il vino di
rara finezza. Permanenza sui lieviti per 3

Yellow hue tending to ivory, almost
transparent. Fine bubbles that rise
up the chalice forming charming little
chains. Aromas of cedar and cut grass,
with a iodized hint in the finish. The
strong acidity gives character to the sip
while the effervescence provides a vel-
vety envelopment, both create a wine of
rare finesse. On yeasts for 3 months.

profumi seguono la linea cromati-
ca con ricordi di amarena ancora acer-
ba, ravanello e pompelmo rosa. Il sorso
è caratterizzato da una sferzante fre-
schezza gustativa termina con sensa-
zioni fruttate. Sosta sui lieviti per 3

C harming antique pink hue that
barely shows bubbles. The per-
fumes follow the colour line with
recalls of unripe black cherry, radish
and pink grapefruit. The sip is charac-
terized by a lashing gustatory freshness
that ends with a slight dry sensation.
