Giallo oro intenso e lucente.
Camomilla essiccata e miele, cera
d'api, poi mela cotogna, pesca gialla e
albicocca fermentata. Vaniglia e zaffera-
no, rosmarino. La dolcezza pervade subi-
to il palato, ma viene contrastata a dovere
da una gioviale freschezza. L'equilibrio
conduce al finale mielato. Appassimento
dei grappoli in vigna per 2 mesi.
Maturazione in barrique nuove per 12

I ntense and bright golden yellow hue.
Dried chamomile and honey, beeswax,
then quince, yellow peach and fermented
apricot. Vanilla and saffron, rosemary.
Sweetness immediately pervades the
palate, but it is properly countered by a
jovial freshness. Balance leads to a hon-
eyed finish. Withering of the grapes in the
vineyard for 2 months. Maturation in new
