di amarena, fichi secchi, noci,
smalto, mela annurca cotta, frutti rossi
sotto spirito, ceralacca e acetone. Al
gusto è dolce con una decisa freschezza
che bilancia la bevuta. La persistenza
riporta a frutti rossi disidratati.
Appassimento su graticci per 5 mesi. In
anfora per 8 mesi poi in barrique per altri

dried figs, walnuts, polish, cooked
Annurca apple, red fruits in alcohol, sea-
ling wax and acetone. On the palate, it
is sweet with a clear freshness that
balances the drink. The persistence
leads to dehydrated red fruits. Withering
on racks for 5 months. In amphora for 8
months then in barrique for further 12
