vira verso la frutta cotta. Nuance spezia-
te di pepe bianco lasciano spazio a indi-
zi smaltati. Copiosa morbidezza al
gusto, accentuata dalle percezioni zuc-
cherine, in parte bilanciata dalla discreta
freschezza. Aromi di frutta candita in
chiusura. Grappoli appesi in cantina per
2 mesi. In barrique per 12 mesi.

and honey, dehydrated apricot that turns
towards cooked fruit. Spicy nuances of
white pepper leave room for enameled
clues. On the palate, abundant softness,
accentuated by the sugary perceptions,
partly balanced by a moderate freshness.
Aromas of candied fruit in the finish.
Bunches hung in the cellar for 2 months. In
barrique for 12 months.
