Al gusto si concede con tutta la sua
dolcezza e mordidezza e chiude lungo
con ricordi di albicocca in confettura.
Appassimento in cassette per 3 mesi.
Matura parte in acciaio e parte in legno

Bright golden yellow hue. On the
nose, hints of dates and dried figs,
honey, dehydrated apricot and vanilla.
On the palate, all its sweetness and soft-
ness and closes with flavors of apricot
jam. Withering in boxes for 3 months. It
matures partly in steel and partly in

Alc. 12,5% - € 26 - Bt. 2.000 Rosso rubino dai primi riflessi grana-
to. All'olfatto suggerisce sentori di
ciliegia e vaniglia, datteri e viole mace-
rate. La componente zuccherina, sebbe-
ne percettibile, non è stucchevole, ben
bilanciata dall’acidità. Retrogusto di
confettura di fragole. Appassimento in
cassettine per 1 mese. Matura in barri-

Ruby red hue with garnet highlights.
On the nose, hints of cherry and
vanilla, dates and macerated viola. The
sugary component, although percepti-
ble, is not cloying, well balanced by
acidity. Strawberry jam aftertaste.
Withering in small boxes for 1 month.
Aged in barrique for 18 months.n
