iallo dorato. Olfatto evoluto che
evidenzia note di frutta esotica,
con prevalenti sentori di mango e ana-
nas, pesca gialla e nespola. Accennata
la sensazione burrosa, chiudono ricordi
di sandalo e anice stellato. Bello l’in-
gresso in bocca, equilibrato, morbido,
avvolgente ed elegantemente sapido.
Persistente nel finale dal tratto amari-
cante. Matura in acciaio per 12 mesi.

aglierino dai riflessi oro. Sentori flo-
reali di ginestra, tarassaco, camo-
milla, dalia gialla. Successive tracce di
miele e frutta estiva a polpa gialla, come
melone, pesca e prugna. Al sorso è sapi-
do, fresco e accattivante. Equilibrato e
intenso, mostra un bel carattere rispon-
dente e tipico anche nella chiusura
ammandorlata e chiaramente vegetale.
In acciaio per 10 mesi.

olden yellow hue. Evolved nose
that highlights notes of exotic fruit,
with prevailing hints of mango and pine-
apple, yellow peach and medlar. Slight
buttery sensation, references of sandal-
wood and star anise complete the olfac-
tory profile. Nice entry in the mouth,
balanced, soft, enveloping and elegantly
savory. Persistent finish with a bitter trait.
Maturation in steel for 12 months.

dandelion, chamomile, yellow dahlia.
Then traces of honey and yellow fleshed
summer fruit, such as melon, peach and
plum. On the palate, it is savory, fresh
and captivating. Balanced and intense,
it shows a nice responsive and typical
character also in the almond and clearly
vegetal finish. In steel for 10 months.
