iallo paglierino luminoso con riflessi
verdolini. Profumi di pesca e ginestra
con nuance salmastre in sottofondo.E' ele-
gante e di grande equilibrio. L'avvolgente
alcolicità abbraccia la stuzzicante fre-
schezza in una struttura piena e appagan-
te. Lungo finale erbaceo. Maturazione in
botti di cemento vetrificato per 6 mesi.

aglierino smagliante dai riflessi dora-
ti.Mimosa e nespola, seguiti da note
di mandorla. Raffinato e rotondo al sorso,
bilanciato da una stimolante acidità che
emerge ravvivando la beva e sottolineando
gli intriganti tratti di frutta secca che arric-
chiscono la chiusura. Fermenta, con lieviti
indigeni, e matura in botti di cemento per
12 mesi.

green highlights. Aromas of peach and
broom with brackish nuances in the back-
ground. It is elegant and of great balance.
The enveloping alcoholicity embraces the
tantalizing freshness in a full and satisfying
body. Long finish with herbaceous aromas.
Aging in vitrified concrete barrels for 6
months.

by notes of almond. Refined and round on
the palate, balanced by a stimulating acidity
that emerges reviving the drink and empha-
sizing the intriguing traits of dried fruit that
enrich the finish. It ferments on native yeasts
and ages in concrete barrels for 12 months.
