gelsomino seguiti da note agrumate di
buccia di arancia. Poi pera e maggiora-
na. Il gusto è innervato da vivida sapidità,
stemperata da puntuale apporto gliceri-
co-alcolico. Chiude persistente su ritorni
agrumati, innestati da una sapidità mai
doma. Matura in acciaio per 10 mesi.

FILETTO DI ORATA AGLI AROMI

osso rubino fitto. Ventaglio di pro-
fumi con intensi richiami di frutta
macerata, more, spezie varie, pepe
nero, cannella e noce moscata. Impatto
gustativo equilibrato con tannino inte-
grato e freschezza ben rapportati alle
morbidezze. Epilogo su echi di frutta
nera e pungenti spezie. Maturazione in
barrique per 10 mesi.

traw yellow hue. Delicate on the
nose with scents of lily of the valley,
freesia and jasmine followed by citrus
notes of orange peel. Then pear and mar-
joram. The taste is enhanced by vivid
savor, diluted by a precise glyceric-alco-
holic contribution. It closes persistently
on citrusy recalls, with an untamed savor.
Maturation in steel for 10 months.
