Oro antico. Alloro, anice stellato,
curry. Giuggiola e mela cotogna.
Nota ferrosa. Raffinato ma deciso, scorre
con sostenuta alcolicità ben bilanciata da
freschezza e marcata sapidità. Lunga per-
sistenza dai continui echi speziati.
Fermentazione spontanea in anfora di
terracotta, senza solfiti, ove resta 8 mesi
per la maturazione. n OCA AL FORNO
Paglierino luminoso. Inizia timido
con percezioni di biancospino, erba
sfalciata, poi tratti iodati e tenui folate di
coriandolo. Secco, delicatamente caldo
ma fresco, ha un suo equilibrio.
Delicato il finale con nuance di man-
dorla. Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi. n

Antique golden hue. Bay leaves, star
anise, curry. Jujube and quince.
Ferrous note. Elegant, but strong, it flows
with high alcohol content well balanced
by freshness and marked savor. Long
persistence with continuous spicy echo-
es. Spontaneous fermentation in terra-
cotta amphora, without sulphites, where
it ages for 8 months. n OCA AL FORNO
Doc white
100% Verdicchio
Alcohol 12% - €12 - Btls. 4,000
Bright straw yellow hue. It starts with
faint perceptions of hawthorn, cut
grass, then iodized traits and soft whiffs
of coriander. Dry, delicately warm but
fresh, it has its own balance. The finish is
delicate with nuances of almond. Aging
