mimosa, susina, nespola e mela cotogna. Ottimo equilibrio
gustativo tra la morbidezza del miele d’acacia e i freschi to-
ni di cedro e gesso. Finale sapido con traccia tipica amarican-
te, di mandorla.

Straw yellow hue with golden highlights. Hawthorn, broom and
mimosa, plum, medlar and quince. Excellent gustatory balance be-
tween the softness of acacia honey and the fresh tones of citron and
chalk. Savory finish with a typical embittering trace of almond.

so intenso e dinamico, sapido e al contempo fresco e morbi-
do. Persistente nel finale.
