La freschezza invita al sorso, ben bilan-
ciato dalla morbidezza. Rimane nel
finale ricordando i già anticipati profu-
mi di pesca. Matura in acciaio, parte in

ubino intenso e pieno. Gli iniziali
profumi speziati esotici lasciano
spazio a sentori di amarena matura,
accompagnati da note balsamiche e
tostatura di caffè. Importante la struttu-
ra, dal tannino ben percepibile ma non
invadente. Retrogusto che chiude spe-
ziato. Evolve in botte grande per 12
mesi.

opens with fruity scents of yellow
peach, apple and citrus to continue flo-
ral of broom. Pleasant and balanced
tasting. The freshness invites to drink,
well balanced by softness. In the finish,
recalls of peach scents. Aging in steel,
partly in barrique, for 8 months.

exotic spicy scents give way to hints
of ripe black cherry, accompanied by
balsamic notes and coffee toasting. The
structure is important, with noticeable
but not intrusive tannins. The aftertaste
