aromatici di melissa e salvia. Il frutto è
una prugna gialla che lascia spazio a
note mandorlate. Appagante al palato,
avvolgente, di grande sapidità e ottima
spalla acida. Le morbidezze gli conferi-
scono il giusto equilibrio. Acciaio per 9
mesi, poi lungo affinamento in bottiglia

breezes bring fragrant essences of
butter, broom, then aromatic hints of
lemon balm and sage. Fruity scents of
yellow plum that give way to almond
notes. Fulfilling on the palate, envelo-
ping, with great savour and excellent
acidity. The softness gives the right
balance. In steel for 9 months, then
long aging in bottle for 22 months.

richiami floreali di ginestra e tiglio, cera
d’api, seguiti da punte agrumate di limo-
ne, mandorla verde e foglia di pomodo-
ro. Vibrante in bocca, freschissimo, di

in prospettiva. Riposa in acciaio per 7
