olore rubino scarico, è consistente.
Delicata nota eterea di alcol seguita
da amarena sotto spirito, rosa rossa appas-
sita, corteccia di quercia, fragoline di
bosco mature, macchia mediterranea. Al
palato è slanciato e gustoso, i tannini sono
setosi e persistenti e favoriscono l'equili-
brio gustativo. Finale lungo e vibrante.
