P aglierino luminoso e vivace.
Profumi di fiori gialli, ginestra e
camomilla, poi pesca gialla, nocciola
tostata e leggero agrumato. Ingresso in
bocca caldo, morbido, ravvivato prima
dalla sapidità poi dall’acidità. Chiusura
con ritorno di note tostate e agrumate.
Tutto acciaio. RAVIOLI DI PESCE
R osso granato. Olfatto su note ter-
ziarie di gomma bruciata, canfora,
grafite. Completano il bouquet confettu-
ra di prugna, frutti rossi sotto spirito e
fiori rossi appassiti. Al gusto morbidezze
e durezze in equilibrio in virtù di un
tannino ben levigato. Discreta persisten-
za con echi di frutta rossa. Matura in
legno per 6 mesi. TRIPPA AL POMO-

B right and lively straw yellow hue.
Aromas of yellow flowers, broom
and chamomile, then yellow peach,
roasted hazelnut and light citrusy scent.
On the palate, warm, soft, revived by
savour more than by acidity. Finish with
a return of roasted and citrusy notes. In

80% Montepulciano, 20% Sangiovese
Alcohol 14.5% - € 12 - Btls. 6,600
Garnet red hue. Nose on tertiary
notes of burnt rubber, camphor,
graphite. The bouquet is completed with
scents of plum jam, red fruits in alcohol
and withered red flowers. On the palate
softness and roughness in balance by vir-
tue of well-polished tannins. Fair persi-
stence with red fruit recalls. Aging in
wooden barrels for 6 months. TRIPPA
