Esordisce con effluvi di bergamotto,
pompelmo e nespola, che lasciano pre-
sto spazio a sentori di erba cedrina e
sensazioni minerali di pietra focaia. In
bocca ha una dinamica energica soste-
nuta dalla evidente nota alcolica,
comunque mitigata da calibrata fre-
schezza e garbata sapidità. Acciaio per

ubino intenso di tessitura stretta.
Elegante impatto olfattivo con
more, mirtilli, marasca, visciola, rosa e
viola. Tocchi speziati, vanigliati e pepati.
Assaggio robusto, polposo. La trama tan-
nica è ben sorretta dalla giusta vena alco-
lica. La persistenza è solcata da note
tostate. Finale lungo. Longevo. Matura in
tonneau per 12 mesi.

nuances. It opens with scents of ber-
gamot, grapefruit and medlar, which soon
leave room for hints of lemon verbena and
mineral sensations of flint. In the mouth, it
has energetic dynamics supported by an
evident alcoholic note, however mitigated
by calibrated freshness and gentle savour.

Elegant olfactory impact with black-
berries, blueberries, morello cherry, sour
cherry, rose and viola. Spicy, vanilla and
peppery touches. Robust, pulpy taste.
The tannic texture is well supported by a
right alcoholic strength. Persistent with
roasted notes. Long finish. Long life.
Aging in tonneau for 12 months.
