inizialmente timidi si esprimono
floreali e fruttati di sambuco, tiglio e
pesca gialla. Poi pinoli tostati. Morbido
al gusto, con rotondità in evidenza.
Ritorni di tostatura e chiusura agrumata.
Sosta sui lieviti per 7 mesi.
