mora e lampone. Tocco di humus e sot-
tobosco. Le bollicine solleticano il pala-
to, il tannino appena percettibile suppor-
ta la morbidezza. Un vino dal sorso
schietto, da tutto pasto. Buona parte delle
uve appassite. Sui lieviti per 11 mesi.

cherry and black currant, carnation and
wisteria. Recalls of amaretto. Refined on
the palate, where it surprises for sweet-
ness, enhancing the olfactory scents. The
sweetness is balanced by freshness and
accompanies the finish with a touch of
licorice. Partly with withered grapes. On
