riflessi verdolini. Biancospino,
acacia, zagara, ginestra e mela renetta
in buona sintonia. Fresco e ben struttu-
rato, in bocca è completato da sentori
finali di salvia, erba cedrina e pera
abate. Fermentazione in acciaio, ove
matura per 3 mesi. SPAGHETTONI
ALLE VONGOLE
G iallo paglierino cristallino.
Erbaceo di salvia in gradevole evi-
denza su acacia, gelsomino e pesca net-
tarina. Corposo, equilibrato e apprezza-
bilmente fresco, nel finale sfuma su
lieve mineralità e note agrumate.
Maturazione in acciaio per 4 mesi.

B right straw yellow hue with yel-
low-green highlights. Hawthorn,
acacia, orange blossom, broom and
pippin apple in good harmony. Fresh
and well structured, on the palate, it is
completed by final hints of sage, lemon
verbena and pear. Fermentation in
steel, where it ages for 3 months.

Crystal clear straw yellow hue.
Herbaceous hints of sage pleasan-
tly prevailing on acacia, jasmine and
nectarine peach. Full-bodied, balanced
and appreciably fresh, in the finish it
fades over light minerality and citrus
notes. Aging in steel for 4 months.
