lità verdoline. Regala eleganti pro-
fumi erbacei di salvia, maggiorana,
finocchio e sambuco. Ricordi fruttati di
prugna gialla e mela. Altrettanto intri-
gante l’impatto gustativo, sorso equili-
brato e avvolgente. Freschezza e sapidi-
tà si allungano nel finale. Acciaio per 3

este paglierino luminoso, con
riflessi dorati. Incipit di erbe aro-
matiche, timo e maggiorana; seguono
melone, gelsomino, tarassaco e gine-
stra. Ingresso al palato voluminoso,
caldo e di carezzevole morbidezza. Ha
struttura sostenuta da tensione fresca e
nerbo salmastro. Chiude armonico con
ritorni iodati e delicatamente floreali.
Matura in acciaio per 10 mesi, sui lievi-

and apple. Intriguing tasting impact,

highlights. On the nose, it starts
with aromatic herbs, thyme and marjo-
ram; followed by melon, jasmine, dan-
delion and broom. On the palate, rich
scents, warm and caressing softness. It
has a structure supported by fresh and
salty tension. It closes harmoniously
with iodized and gently floral recalls.
Aging in steel for 10 months, on yeasts.
